Our events cater to groups of 6-60+. We seat a maximum of 8 participants per poker table, providing an immersive, hands-on experience with lots of action. If you have a larger team, please get in touch to discuss customised options, we can scale up as required!

No, there is no gambling at any of our events. Our workshops use poker as a tool to teach poker for fun and life skills, not as a gambling experience. We play only for chips, prizes and of course the chance to lift the coveted Aces High trophy!

Yes! Aces High is a fully-mobile team-building experience. We bring everything you need for a professional poker experience to your office, venue or preferred location. You can choose to use your own tables with roll-out poker toppers, or for the full experience we recommend our full-size tournament grade poker tables (8ft x 4ft). These are bought in a van, divide in 2 and are reassembled on sites. We may require a lift or access information.

No prior poker experience is needed to enjoy or benefit from an Aces High workshop - our sessions are designed for complete beginners. In fact, most of our participants have never picked up a hand of poker before! Our facilitators will guide you through the basics of the game, step by step, and get you tournament ready! Whether you're a poker pro or completely new, you’ll leave with valuable insights and new skills.

For up to 10 participants all you need is a meeting room, boardroom, dining room, or similar private space with table and chairs. We’ll bring everything else!

For larger events we can bring full-size professional poker tables, these are 8ft x 4ft with additional room required for seating. We can also propose some suitable partner venues in your area.

We may ask about venue access, lifts and parking options.

Not at all! Aces High is led by true poker specialists, including our own Jimi, who deals for the international poker elite, including at the World Series of Poker. Our workshops are designed to develop real business skills using poker as a framework. We focus on strategy, decision-making, and team dynamics, making this a valuable and memorable learning experience.

Once we have curated and agreed all details of your event, we take payment in full to confirm your booking. We refund 50% of the event fee where events are cancelled with more than 14 days' notice.

We work with a number of excellent catering partners than can service a range of budgets and requirements, including alcohol licences. We can advise on catering options with our preferred partners but typically payment will be to them directly, unless you require our full-suite event management service.
